Marion County is home base for us. Our main office is on Madison Avenue on the south side, our downtown office is at 55 S State Ave, and we have an office on Crawfordsville Road near Speedway. We've been helping people hurt on Indianapolis streets since 1996.
One county, several police departments
Indianapolis and Marion County merged most of their governments in 1970 under what locals call Unigov. But four "excluded cities" kept their own police departments: Beech Grove, Lawrence, Southport and Speedway. So depending on where you crashed, the report may come from:
- IMPD, for most of Indianapolis
- Beech Grove, Lawrence, Southport or Speedway police, inside those cities
- The Indiana State Police, often on the interstates

Roads that keep us busy
- I-465, the 53-mile loop, especially at its interchanges with I-65, I-69, I-70 and I-74
- I-65 and I-70 downtown, including the rebuilt North Split
- Keystone, Emerson and Madison avenues on the south side

Courts
Marion Superior Court's courthouse is at the Community Justice Campus, 675 Justice Way, on the southeast side. The Marion County Clerk also keeps an office in the City-County Building downtown at 200 E. Washington St. Smaller money disputes can go to one of the county's nine township small claims courts.
